Newly available in 2022, Villa Maria accommodates up to 300 guests and features two outdoor ceremony sites, three indoor venues, and three tent locations which allow you to “mix and match" to achieve your perfect day.

We offer numerous magnificent venues for your wedding ceremony and reception.

Groomsman outside Ursuline Hall

Available for indoor ceremonies and receptions. Ursuline Hall is located directly south of the Great Hall.

There is a Hospitality Suite & Bar located underneath the Great Hall that is available for all wedding guests to use from 8 AM – 1 AM.

The Glengarda Cottage is a quaint cottage, original to the property, that is located on charming Wells Creek east of the South Lawn. Available for Brides and Bridesmaids, and packed with amenities.

Woodland Cottage

The Woodland Cottage is located west of the Great Hall, and is fully-stocked with all of the essentials for a perfect wedding day experience.  Available for Grooms and Groomsmen.

On-Site Catering

Catering is currently managed by the University Club of Saint Paul. The University Club has played host to thousands of weddings and other special events for over 30 years. W.A Frost and Company is also operated by the company that owns Villa Maria.

Dinners are available in Woodhaven Lodge, the Great Hall, and Ursuline Hall.

Full service catering from Villa Maria will be available in 2023.
