Villa Maria
Villa Maria, formerly Villa Maria Academy, was built in the 1890s as a school by the Ursuline Sisters of the Central Province, a group of Catholic nuns based in St. Louis.
Marian Hall, the main building, was built in the 1940s along with several other structures that were converted into a retreat and conference center in 1969.
In 2019, Villa Maria reopened as a venue for weddings and other events. In 2021 lodging rooms will be added.
